Welcome to Monsignor Schuyler Council #1333

Located in West Chester, PA

Welcome to the “home” of our local Council of the Knights of Columbus – Monsignor Schuyler Council located in West Chester, PA. We are proud to be the oldest council in our region – celebrating over 100 years of “Faith in Action” serving the West Chester community and St. Agnes Catholic Church parish!

The Knights of Columbus is global organization of practicing catholic men and their families that has existed since 1881 and as of 2019, there are nearly two million members around the world.

Locally, our Council consists of over 400 members – a group of men who share a common bond of commitment to our families, our community, our church, our faith, and each other. You see our members in church as Eucharistic ministers, ushers, lectors, choir members, and even priests; in our schools, as volunteers; as coaches and leaders of our children’s teams and organizations; and in our community as civic leaders.

Our Council is active in supporting the St. Agnes Church, School, and CYO Program, as well as the Day Room, local Pro-Life organizations and numerous other charitable efforts. Our members give back well over 8,000 service hours annually to our community and directly raise over $25,000 per year to support many charitable causes, with a focus on those within our St. Agnes and West Chester communities.

We invite any practicing Catholic gentleman in the West Chester area to consider joining our Council. Contact me if you have interest. We also invite any “friends” of our Council to consider supporting our work by becoming an Annual Sponsor. You can learn more about becoming a sponsor by clicking on the banner above this welcome message.

Vivat Jesus!
